All product is shipped via Canada Post. We ship out daily Monday to Friday. Orders will be sent within 2 business days of payment being received, unless multi-store orders are place. The following three options are available:
This option is for single cards only. Estimate shipping time including prep is 2-9 business days if all the cards are from a single store, or 7-14 business days if cards are selected from multiple stores. No tracking, insurance, or any kind of coverage is offered on these orders. If the order is lost we take no responsibility.
The cost of shipping is $1.80+tax.
Magic single orders over $50 (pre tax) will receive free regular shipping, and Magic single orders over $250 (pre tax) will receive free expedited Shipping.
Anyone choosing this option with non-single cards in their cart will be contacted for extra payment.
This option is for any orders. Estimate shipping time including prep is 2-6 business days if all the cards are from a single store, or 7-10 business days if cards are selected from multiple stores. Tracking, insurance, and coverage is included on lost or damaged product. Please contact the store within 24 of receiving the package if it has been damaged.
The cost of shipping is $14.00 +Tax.
This option is for any orders. Estimate shipping time including prep is 2-4 business days if all the cards are from a single store, or 7-9 business days if cards are selected from multiple stores. Tracking, insurance, and coverage is included on lost or damaged product. Please contact the store within 24 of receiving the package if it has been damaged.
The cost of shipping is $30 +Tax.
These are approximate shipping times as provided by Canada Post, we do not guarantee these times. Remote locations may take longer. Items will only be considered lost if more than 4 weeks has passed.
Any items other than Magic Singles have to be shipped Expedited or Priority.
Delays in shipping times may occur during Holidays and other peak shipping times.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return any sealed items (packs, boxes, etc.) within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Pre-orders may be cancelled but refunds will be done as a store credit refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Magic Card Singles.
If a card is received in a lower grade than stated, please contact the store for an exchange on the card, or a refund if we cannot provided an exchange.
UPDATE: March 26th, 2021
After reviewing our policy and trying to figure out what the best way to handle buyouts and other large market fluctuations that are often out of our hands, we've decided the best way forward put the customer first.
From today foward, the price paid for singles, games, or any other products will not change once a customer has successfully paid for an order, regardless of any increase in market price following the sale.
We hope that our loyal customers understand that market buyouts can hurt small stores and that we're always trying to grow the store in a way that is fair to the business and customers at the same time.
Exceptions: On the rare occasion that there is a system glitch or an occurrence that is out of our control which changes the price of an item online, we reserve all rights to offer a full refund for the original order or the item in question.
Buylists: We may grade, adjust or remove cards from submited buylists before approving the list, but once the list and prices have been approved, these will be locked in.
If you send cards that were removed from the order, they will be processed at the current market price, which may be at the "bulk" rates if they are cards that we had not approved, or can be returned by request, but the customer is responsbile for the shipping costs.
All our prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars.
Payments can be made via PayPal, E-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, or in-store for in-store pick-ups only.
We will hold items for up to 14 days after order is received. Afterwards, your order may be cancelled, and prices may be adjusted. If for some reason you can not make it in the store to pick them up, please let us know and we may hold them for longer.
Pre-orders will be filled in the order they are received. In this case of production delays and allocations, orders may be adjusted.
