It also adds new dual toy tokens. It includes 70 cards and 18 tokens! Gray cats provide a new type of scoring that will certainly mix up gameplay! 

All gray cats score based on having lots of the same type of cat around them. They're not as straightforward as the other cats, so it'll take some effort to make them super happy.
